PMWDO with support of UNICEF implementing currently Undaunted Girls Education project targeting 5400 girls in 8 districts (Bosaso, Ufeyn, ISkushuban, Dhahar, Garowe, Bocame, Galakcyo and Godlogob) for Bari, Sanaag, Nugal, Sool and Mudug region, the project aimed to increase access girls to the schools and girls with disabilities, also PMWDO running Education project with the support of OCHA for Somali Humanitarian Fund (SHF) which target 3,300 students in Bari region (Bosaso and Hafun districts, the project targeting drought and gati affected Schools in Bari region.
PMWDO is providing primary education in five established schools located at the Bulo Baaley IDP camp, Cirjiife, Mustaqbal, Tawakal, and Hormud in Mudug Region running from Grade 1 to 3. These centers are offering education out of school children by the financial support of EDC.
