“Unlocking Potential, One Child at a Time”
At PMWDO, we believe education is the cornerstone of empowerment and social equity. For marginalized communities, especially girls and children with disabilities, access to learning opens doors to dignity, opportunity, and long-term resilience.
Through inclusive, community-centered education initiatives, we strive to make sure no child is left behind—regardless of their background or ability.
🌟 How We Empower Through Education

During droughts, displacement, and environmental shocks, we ensure learning continues through temporary learning spaces, feeding programs, and teacher incentives.Girls’ Education and Menstrual Health
PMWDO distributes feminine hygiene kits, builds gender-friendly latrines, and conducts awareness to reduce stigma and absenteeism among adolescent girls.Community Mobilization & Advocacy
We run radio/TV campaigns, public forums, and door-to-door outreach to increase enrollment and advocate for children with disabilities.School WASH Integration
Clean water, handwashing stations, and safe toilets are key to keeping children—especially girls—in school. We integrate WASH into our education efforts.
