Education in Emergencies
We provide crisis-affected childrenâespecially girls and children with disabilitiesâcontinued access to safe and inclusive education through school rehabilitation, supplies, and feeding programs.
Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH)
We deliver life-saving access to clean water and sanitation by rehabilitating boreholes, building emergency latrines, distributing hygiene kits, and educating communities on healthy practices.
Health & Nutrition
Our community health services improve maternal and child health by offering nutrition support, micronutrient distribution, and mobile health outreach to underserved populations.
Protection & Camp Management (CCCM)
In IDP camps and vulnerable communities, we provide protection services, manage safe shelters, support GBV survivors, and facilitate coordination through local committees and complaint systems.
Protection (GBV, SRHR, Child Protection)
We fight harmful practices like FGM, champion menstrual dignity for girls, and promote inclusive governance by supporting womenâs leadership and rights awareness at the grassroots level.
Localization & Institutional Capacity
We invest in local leadership, knowledge sharing, and South-South cooperation to promote the localization of aid. Through the ToGETHER project and other partnerships, PMWDO enhances the capacities of community-based organizations and civil society actors.
